So how do you use it?

Just like when you ask the hairdresser for a trim and you end up with a Kate Gosselin circa-2010 bob, you don’t want to take too much off and not be able to light it. 0.5cm is the sweet spot for optimal burning. But what actually is 0.5cm? lower your trimmer slightly opened until the very bottom of it just touches the surface level of the wax. gently snip the excess burnt wick off and dispose of it. Hey, presto! you’ve got yourself a 0.5cm wick ready for burning!
